Existing sandwich panels are largely divided by Urethane Panels with a merit of the maximal adiabatic efficiency, Glass Wool and Mineral Wool Panels which are strong in fire resistance, and economical EPS Panel. During the process where Glass Wool and Mineral Wool fuse with Urethane, strength enhancing substance by physical action is newly created.
When Glass Wool which fiberized silica, feldspar, limestone etc. in the constituents of minerals and Mineral Wool which also fiberized ore in calcium silicate series (slag, basalt, andesite) at a great heat of 1,500 ~ 1,700 °c fuse with organic material, polyurethane, the process of this fusion is not a simple addition of two materials. The two organic and inorganic matters strengthen the panel’s durability considerably by creating a new substance with very high strength formed through its joint created by physically bound during the manufacturing process In a totally different way from what other panels was made by simply combining more than two materials in order to make up for the defects of the existing panel insulation, the Plus+ Panel is an innovative product of new blending which is a new product that will lead new changes in the existing panel market
